Dear Mark,

Marcia & I would be terribly remiss in not communicating to you in writing how pleased we are with the recently completed construction work you performed at our home in Wellfleet. When we started the process of selecting a contractor we were both filled with dread at the stories we heard about the difficulties of finding contractors who meet deadlines at a reasonable price on Cape Cod. I think the results you achieved were best summed up by a local friend, who after we told him that our job was completed before the summer season and within our budget, responded, .... "that just doesn't happen on Cape Cod."

I would also like to compliment your staff and subcontractors, particularly Renee, Gene, Jeff, Ron, Tony and Chris ( I know I left someone out but they were the ones I spoke with). They were all extremely courteous, helpful and very skilled in their respective trades.
